Expectations

Beginner, introduction to lacrosse, focus will be on instruction in fundamental stick / individual skills

We are about fun, learning, respect for the game, and maybe even some lessons about life like teamwork, sportsmanship, commitment, etc.

No games; a stick and mouthpiece are the only required equipment

Schedule

8 sessions: March 31; April 7, 14, 21, 28; May 5, 12, 19; 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.

Field: Sewickley Academy's field in front of the school on Academy Avenue

Uniform: A pinnie will be supplied.  You do not need to order a uniform.
